Rare daughters-in-law can boast that they have an even and friendly relationship with their mother-in-law. Usually the exact opposite happens

Light as balls
Good Smeshariki
On the screen with smiles
They swim out like fish.

Here is a set of characters from cartoons about Smesharikov - felt crafts, sewn in the workshop of educational toys by Svetlana Voronina.

Every little child knows who Smeshariki are. These are everyone’s favorite characters: Hedgehog, Krosh, Nyusha, Barash, Losyash, Kopatych, Sovunya, Kar Karych and Pin.

Not only children, but also adults love them. Very kind and funny round creatures who live in an unusual world. Each of them has its own story and its own character. All the characters are very kind and cheerful.

In funny and educational stories that young children can understand, they talk about the most ordinary things around them. And the way some problems are solved by the inhabitants of a magical land can help every child learn to look for a way out of difficult situations, value friendship, and listen carefully to the advice of adults.

And it’s not for nothing that these “funny balls” have become popular in different countries of the world. What funny animals talk about is clear to all children in the world!

Multi-colored round cartoon characters about Smeshariki will not leave either kids or parents indifferent.

Making a toy for your baby that will become his favorite is not so difficult. Many children adore the heroes of the cartoon “Smeshariki”; any of them can be made from felt. Let's stock up on two sheets of felt, white and blue. Prepare threads to match, a needle, a pen (to trace the details), a couple of beads for making eyes, and a glue gun. It is important that the scissors are sharp.

Many people don’t know where to get patterns - they’re easy to make yourself. Just choose a suitable picture, place a blank sheet of paper on the monitor and translate.
Transferring the pattern to the material is also easy. I cut out each piece, apply it to felt, trace it and cut it out.

To begin with, I collected all the parts together to look at the future toy.

I decided to make it printed, so I cut out most of the parts in twos.

There was no stuffing at that moment; instead I used felt scraps; they remain after any work, be it a brooch, a pin or an applique.

It didn’t turn out very voluminous, but the child liked it. I started sewing from the feet. I combined it, put in a little filler, and sewed it up.

To move on to the body, you must first design the face of the toy. I decided to embroider a smile and outlined it with a disappearing marker. Embroidering on felt is quite convenient, although a good eye is required.

I arranged the remaining pieces to see the big picture, then removed them.

I embroidered a smile and sewed on the nose with red thread.

I constantly checked myself, applying the remaining parts.

I sewed on the eyes, they sell ready-made ones in craft departments, they are inexpensive, and the toy looks different with them.

I attached it using hot glue, but many people simply sew on beads or buttons.

After decorating the muzzle, you can work on the body, stuffing it more than the paws and ears.

Smeshariki are the favorite heroes of many children. These characters not only entertain, but also help children understand a lot in life and figure out a lot. For example, the rabbit Krosh plays sports and almost never gets discouraged. If you want your child to grow up sporty and cheerful, sew him a toy Krosh.

To make a toy rabbit Krosha we will need:

  1. - felt in blue, white, pink and black colors;
  2. - a piece of padding polyester;
  3. - scissors;
  4. - threads of blue, black, white and pink colors;
  5. - needle;
  6. - compass, pencil and paper (for making patterns).

The procedure for making a toy rabbit Krosha

1. Let's make a pattern of Krosh the rabbit from paper. It will consist of 7 parts. You need to draw and cut out the following details:

  • - round body with a diameter of 7.5 cm;
  • - ear;
  • - nose;
  • - teeth;
  • - eye;
  • - front paw;
  • - hind leg.

2. Place the parts of the body and paws on blue felt, trace them and cut them out. We will need two parts for the body, as well as four parts for the front and hind legs.

3. You also need to place the ear piece on the blue felt, circle it four times and cut it out.

4. From white felt we will cut out a detail of teeth and two details of oval eyes. We will cut out a small oval nose from pink felt.

5. Using white threads, sew the details of the eyes to one part of the body. We will sew on the eye details using a basting stitch.

6. Sew a pink nose under the eyes. To sew it on, take pink threads and sew the part with basting stitches.

7. At the bottom of the blue part, use white thread to sew a detail of the teeth.

8. From black felt we will cut out two oval-shaped pupils. Sew the pupils with black threads to the white parts of the eyes.

9. Above the teeth we will embroider a mouth in the form of an arc. We will embroider the mouth using black thread using a stem stitch.

10. Put the parts of the body together and sew them with blue threads, making overlock stitches. Let's leave a hole at the bottom.

11. Fill the body with padding polyester, trying to evenly distribute the padding polyester inside the part.

12. Use blue thread to sew up the hole.

13. We will embroider eyebrows above the eyes. We will embroider the eyebrows with black threads using a stem stitch.

14. Now you need to make the paws. First, we will put the parts of the front paws in pairs and sew them with blue threads. We will sew the paws together using overlock stitches, leaving holes for stuffing.

15. We also fold the hind legs in pairs and sew them with blue threads, leaving holes for stuffing.

16. Fill the front and hind paws evenly with padding polyester.

17. Use blue thread to sew up the holes on the hind legs, making small overlock stitches.

18. On the front legs, you also need to carefully sew up the holes that were left for stuffing.

19. We attach the hind legs to the body and sew them firmly with blue threads using a hidden seam.

20. Place the front paws on the sides of the body, placing them at the same level. We will also sew with blue threads, making hidden stitches.

21. All that remains is to make ears for our rabbit. We put the ear parts in pairs and sew each pair with blue threads, making overcast stitches along the edges.

22. We attach the sewn ears to the top of the head and sew them at a distance of 1 cm from each other. We will also sew on the rabbit's ears with blue threads, making hidden stitches.

The felt toy rabbit is ready. Children will like Smeshariki made from felt; they will be able to play with them the stories they saw on the TV screen or even come up with their own stories for their favorite characters.

The characters of the animated series “Smeshariki” are very popular. Images with Nyusha, Krosh, Hedgehog, Losyash, Kar Karych and all the other “balls” can be found on clothes, school supplies, and food products.

A sofa pillow with a character from your favorite cartoon will surely please your child. Moreover, even an inexperienced seamstress can sew such a toy pillow. And most importantly: you don’t have to spend a penny to realize your plans! Inspect it with your daughter - and, of course, girls like Nyusha! - a wardrobe (a box on the balcony, a mezzanine, a grandmother’s chest). You will definitely find all the necessary materials there. And if something doesn’t work out, then it won’t be a pity to just throw away the old, long-forgotten thing. And start “sniffing” again!

We sew a sofa cushion “Smesharik Nyusha”

You will need:

  • light pink fabric A (main);
  • dark pink fabric B (hair, hooves, eyelids);
  • pink fabric B (piglet and hearts);
  • white fabric G (eyes, flower);
  • black fabric D (pupils);
  • lining fabric E;
  • filler (synthetic fluff);
  • sewing machine (in principle, you can do it by hand)

I used an old pink coat, an old pink skirt, old baby pants and an old baby romper. Of course, I washed everything first.

Difficulty level: Just.

Stages of work:

Preliminary

1. Make a pattern of the main parts on paper in full size.

I used a piece of wallpaper. I drew by hand, by eye.

2. Cut out the pieces with seam allowances.

Assembly: eyes

An appliqué stitch is used.

3. Sew the eyelids (B) to the eye (D).

4. We draw up the pupil. Sew a small white circle (D) to the pupil (D).

5. Sew the pupil (D + D) to the eye with the eyelid (B + D).

Assembly: hearts – eyes – snout – mouth

6. Sew hearts (B) to the base (A) on the sides.

7. Sew the eyes to the base (A).

8. We embroider eyelashes.

9. We embroider two curved lines symmetrically on the patch (B).

10. Sew the patch (B) to the base (A) below the eyes, in the middle.

11. Embroider a half-open mouth.

Hairstyle: first stage

12. Sew “hair” on the front side above the eyes (B).

We only sew the seam along the bottom edge!

13. We put 2 pieces of “hair” (B) face to face and sew them with a regular stitch where the pigtail is (see photo).

14. We turn the pigtail out.

Legs – arms + body

15. We sew hooves (B) to each part of the arms and legs (A).

16. We sew together the parts of the arms and legs from the wrong side using a regular stitch. Leave room for turning. Turn it inside out.

17. We sew together the main parts of the pillow (Nyusha’s face and back) from the wrong side. The line is normal. First we sew up the parts and insert the turned out legs along the seam.

Don't forget to leave room for turning. Later, you can insert a zipper into this hole or simply sew it by hand with a blind stitch.

18. Turn out the pillow.

Attention! Pay attention to the place where the hair (hairstyle) turns into a pigtail. There is no need to stitch this area!

Inner cushion

19. Sew the inner pillow together, leaving an opening for turning and stuffing.

20. Turn it inside out and fill it with synthetic fluff.

21. We insert the inner pillow into the main one through the hole left. If the hole is small, then it is more convenient to insert an empty pillow, and only then fill it with synthetic down. I inserted the inner pillow into the main one at this stage of work in order to make it more convenient to complete the design of the braid.

Pigtail

The braid is sewn on the front side, you need to work on the back side of the pillow.

22. We manually sew up the hole of the pillow under the pigtail with a hidden seam.

23. We stuff the pigtail with synthetic fluff (as tightly as possible). We distribute a little synthetic fluff in the “hair” area so that the pigtail stands and does not fall.

24. Carefully bend the edge of the “hair” (B) from the back side and sew it to the base with a hidden seam. We try to maintain the intended contour.

Ears

Yes! Initially, I decided not to make ears. They seem big and wide-legged to me, and Nyusha is a fashionista. That's why I didn't make such a pattern.

However, the child demanded that his ears be sewn on. I had to obey. This was the last stage of my work. I sewed the ears by hand onto a ready-made pillow. If you decide to make Nyusha the eared one right away, then you need to sew them in at stage No. 17.

Hole on main pad

It can simply be hand stitched with a blind stitch. You can sew in a lock. This way, of course, the pillow will last longer: it can be washed.

Smesharik Nyusha is ready!

Elena Chepikova

At Lyovushka’s request, I’m posting another wonderful Smesharik - Nyusha. So that Krosh doesn’t get bored alone.

I have two identical patterns, one with a description, the second without, but with a photo of the finished animal. I chose and chose, I didn’t choose, I’m posting both.

DESCRIPTION OF ASSEMBLY OF SMISHARIK “NYUSHA”

When tracing patterns onto fabric, paired pieces must be turned over.

If you are sewing a toy on a sewing machine, you should cut out the parts with seam allowances of 5-7mm.
The toy can be cut out without seam allowances, if you have chosen the recommended materials, it is better to sew the parts together using an “over the edge into a loop” seam, stitch height 3-4mm, frequency 10-12 stitches per 1cm.

EAR TREATMENT
1. Place the paired pieces right sides inward and stitch along the edge, leaving a flat area unsewn.
2. Turn the ears right side out, straightening the seams.
3. Fill the ears with stuffing material (sintepon, cotton wool, or foam rubber).

FOOT TREATMENT
1. Place the leg and claw parts with the right sides facing inward and stitch along the “AB” line.
2.Fold the leg pieces with right sides inward, sew along the contour, leaving the “ab” section unsewn
3. Turn the legs right side out, straightening the seams.
4.Fill with stuffing.

ASSEMBLY OF THE TORSO

1. Fold the “back” and “hair on the back of the head” pieces with right sides inward, stitch along the “IR” section.
2. Fold the 4 pieces “side” and “hair” with right sides inward, stitch along the “EZhZ” section.
3. Fold the “muzzle” and “bangs” parts with right sides inward, stitch along the “LMN” section.
4. Fold the part for the patch with the right side inward and sew along the “vg” section, insert the patch and sew in a circle. Sew the resulting patch into the hole of the “muzzle” part.
5. Sew the back and barrel pieces, folding the pieces right sides inward, matching the hair pieces. The result was a back made of three wedges.
6. Sew the parts of the muzzle and barrels, folding the parts right sides inward, matching the hair parts.
7. Fold the parts of the body with the right sides inward, sew along the sides, placing the ears on the top of the head, the legs at the level of the tummy, and the arms in the middle of the body. Leave a 3-4cm area in the side unstitched. Turn the body right side out, straightening the seams. Fill with stuffing and sew up the hole with hidden stitches.
8. Embroider the mouth with a chain stitch and glue on the eyes (colored paper, cardboard, isofilm, oilcloth)
9. Sew a yarn braid onto the top of the head, tied with an elastic band.

We invite you to create at home a unique collection of toys dedicated to your favorite animated series “Smeshariki”.

So, let's get down to business :)

To sew a Smesharik, we need a pattern.

When constructing a pattern for any of the Smeshariki, in this case we will sew Krosh, you should start by creating their base, the body.

So, first of all, you should circle the plate or draw a circle with a diameter of 19-20 cm with a compass (or simply print out the Krosh Smesharik pattern below in the required scale;).

Next, you should fold the circle, finding the diameter line in half, and then finding the radius in half again. This way we find the middle of the drawing. Then a line parallel to the diameter is drawn from the found point. Having found the intersection points of this line with the circle, you should set aside a distance at both ends that will be equal to half the radius.

These points should be connected, as shown in the figure, with curved lines to the middle of the circle and point 1. The result will be a petal.

These petals need to be cut, not forgetting the seam allowances, 6 pieces. Thus, it turned out Smeshariki pattern, and sewing it consists of constructing these petals, from which the ball is assembled and sewn together - the body. Surprisingly, up to this step, the pattern is universal, and on its basis you can sew all the other Smeshariki! :)

In order to draw the upper part of the legs, you should add about 1-1.5 cm to the pattern of the soles along the contour; if, when assembling the toy, this seems a lot, then the excess material is easily removed into the recesses, thereby giving the legs the desired volume.

It should be remembered that paws, legs, ears and soles are cut out in 2 parts with seam allowances.

Many mothers go online to find Smeshariki patterns. And all because children simply adore the timid intellectual Hedgehog, the cheerful Krosh, the dreamy Barash, the flirtatious and inquisitive beauty Nyusha, the smart but absent-minded Losyash, the imperturbable athlete Sovunya, and the hardworking simpleton Kopatych. A huge number of children's products are produced with the symbols of the cartoon dedicated to funny balloon animals; of course, you can buy soft toys in the store. An excellent solution is to sew Smesharik with your own hands. Do you agree? We are ready to help you.

In the Pretty Toys Workshop you will find various patterns for Smeshariki toys. You can sew a character that is most interesting to your child, or take on creating an entire company. All Smeshariki friends are very similar in shape to each other, therefore, having sewed the first toy, you will be able to make others with greater ease.

Magnificent Smeshariki are capable of being more than just toys. By slightly changing the design and adding the missing details - pockets, fasteners, zippers, buttons, you can sew a Smesharik backpack or a Smesharik bag. The child will be very happy with such a gift. After all, you can not only play with it, you can put “important” little things in it.

It may seem that the pattern for sewing Smesharik with your own hands is elementary - just one big circle. However, the head is not so easy. The head is the main feature of Smesharikov. Some have horns, some have ears, some have a hat. When choosing material for a toy, it is worth considering that fabrics that are too light get dirty quickly. Therefore, choose materials that can be cleaned without problems. Instead of padding polyester, you can use polyester balls as a filler. They will help develop motor skills.

Do you want to please your child, but don’t know how to sew a Smesharik? Open any of the patterns offered in our Workshop!
